Ingredients:

1 Medium surfer: 130-150 lbs. sea salt sea water

 

Directions:

Allow surfer 8-10 good rides, so that ingredients are slightly chilled Debone vigorously Discard all wax, nylon,velco contaminants Rip chunks into generous portions Add salt/sea water to taste Serve IMMEDIATELY as ingredients left floating lose flavor
